I hate this site. I really do. It frustrates me to no end, the number of "TEMP BRIBE HQ ART SHOPPES" (add whatever other cliche terribad descriptors you want to that title).
You. Are. Not. Good.
I'm not good. You're not good. Stop acting like an entitled kid. I have yet to find a single artist on here nowadays that can even rival some of the artists I knew in the past. tiiAMO, Oh!1945, tooaya, Cirenes, etc., now they deserve the HQ in their names.
And stop adding "bribe" to your shop names. You know the economy nowadays? No one can bribe because what gold is worth to them might be very different from what gold is worth to you. Is it so hard to have a set price? Instead of having people throw random numbers at you so you can inflate your e-peen based on how high that number goes? When I see the word "bribe" in a shop title nowadays, I just assume you're low quality.
This site is a huge timesuck for me and now I remember why I left. I can spend hours looking in AS and AR for quality artists who can do more than draw a chibi. Where are people who know proportions? Dynamic positioning? Angling? Nobody.
You're not good, kid. If you're like me and on this site to get practice and improve, awesome. Just own up to that and stop putting HQ in your name and for the love of god, stop asking people to bribe your ego. Just have a baseline price and ask that any additional gold just be tips or something.
