"Holy Mother of Pearl! Lily.. MOVE!!" I screamed jumping from a tree top to attck the bear demon. It was aiming at my baby girl and my mother instincts kicked into over drive.

Lily moved and rolled under a bush while I went for the kill. Kaii was on fire and it burned white. I swiped at the neck and nicked the demon. He caught aflamed and after a minutes or so was burned to a crisp. I de-flame Kaii and put it and Taii at my waist. I was in my fighting uniform and I brushed the leave out of my red hair.

"Lily, sweetie come on out. He is gone." I told my six year old. She split the bush and came running to me, crying.

"Shush Babygirl. He is gone. Come on cheer up. Do you want to go find Nite?" She nodded very quickly, jumped out of my arms and brushed her simple white dress off.

"Well comeon Mama, we have to hurrrrrrrrrryyy." She sang out the last word..
Ah Yes. Nite. My best friend whom I secretly loved. I sighed. 'One day i will have the courage to him. But I am a half demon. . .He wouldnt want me.'
I began walking with Lily out of the forest. We walked over and down the hill to wear i sense Nite. I sniffed. 'Why does this village smell and feel so familiar?' Have I been here before?"

A young man, age about 19, walked out of a hut. He had dark black hair and brilliant blue eyes. He was wearing a knight's warmup outfit. It consisted of black pant, a white shirt with a Midnight blue tunic and his sword at his waist. I saw Lily jump up and start running with her hanyou speed. "NITE!!!!!!!"

The man chuckled and turned to face my monster of a child. She slowed down and jumped into his arms. he twirled her aroung and she laughed. 'yes. This is the man I want to be with for the rest of my life.' I thought as i calmly walked toward them. I didn see the man dress in violet monk robes walk out of the hut after him.

He spoke, "Why Master Nite, is she yours?" Nite laughed and looked at me, for I had arrived. He winked and turn back to the human monk. "No Miroku. not yet. and please just call me Nite"

MIroku chuckled and nodded. "Well my companionsshould be getting back from their errands now. We shall meet them on the edge of town to offer your request.. I think they will accept," He turned back to the hut, "Goodbye Lady Kaede. Thankyou for the herbs." And he, Nite and My Lily began toward the edge of town .I paused.

'Kaede? wasnt that That horrible woman's little sister? The woman who killed my mother?' I bowed before the hut. "I have no ill toward you, Kaede. I wish you well and I hope to see you again awfully soon." As I ran toward the men, I heard a voice speak out.

"Aye, Child. That you will. Have a pleasent adventure." I laughed. ' I hope so. . . naraku will pay for what he did!'

The Small group made it to the edge of the village. Me ,being the bored and ADHD like, pointed toward the ground. A stump appeared and I plopped down, with a dramatic sigh. Lily laughed and squirmed in Nite's arms. He laughed. "Alright alright. Go to your crazy mother." Nite said as he let Lily go. She ran and sat on my lap. Miroku looked shocked. 'I bet he is wondering where'd the stump came from. HA! He's name is Miroku right?' He cleared his throat. "Uhhh, excuse me.. " but he was interrupted with a yell.

"MIROKU!!! WE'RE BACK!!!" The group turned to the to the skies, seeing a flying cat with a woman and a kitsune. Miroku waves to the group. "Ah! That is my soon-to -be wife Sango and our friend Shippou." Sango and Shippou landed and Kirara tranforms back into a kitty. Lily Screams. "Mama, a kitty!!" I laughed. "ohno. Lily leave that cat alone. wait for her to come to you." Lily sits still...but obviously having issues. Sango winks at Kirara and Kirara goes to Lily, who squeals and pets the cat. The group laughs.

"Sango, and Shippou. These are Nite, Lily and . . .Well I never caught the lady's name." Miroku Says blushing. Shippou rolls his eyes, "Wow. A woman that Miroku didnt introduce himself to." I giggle and rise with Lily on her hip. "Hello. I am Day. Nice to meet you. " Sango shakes my hand and replies. "I am the last of the demon exterminators. nice to meet you." I opened my mouth to tell Sango about myself when I smelled a familiar smell. 'Woods and Maple...could it be?' Then I heard. . . "SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! What is wrong with you, InuYasha?!?!"

I turned my head around at the voice. I saw a young maiden storm out of the forest with a yellow back pack comes toward them. A flash of red appears from behind her and jumps in front of her. They are a couple of yards away from the group. "Now see here ya wench..."My ears perked up and My eyes watered. 'Its Him....' I give Lily to Sango and turned toward the young couple. "BIG BROTHER!!!!!" I yelled running toward him. I hear behind me a chorus of "BIg Brother?!" but I dont care. I have found him. My close enough to be twin older brother InuYasha. 'Is it really him? I have to touch him'
