Hello,
Just today I walked around my neighborhood and got in the dreaded "I want to get fit mood." You can blame it on my little sister who went clothes shopping today and decided the clothes would look better if i was thinner.
So we make promises to ourselves and keep journals and avoid eating fatty food as much as possible.
Anyway we will have to see if it works.
