Hi and thank you for considering a job at one of my stores. I just want to make a few things clear before I hire you.
1) If you get fired, then you are automatically black-listed.
2) If one of the customers has a question/problem, then tell me immdiately.
Ways to Get Fired:
1) Break any of the rules twice.
2) Arguing with me.
3) Having 5+ people wanting you gone with a good reason, or complaints.
Just to let you know I don't like firing people; I don't do it often, but I will if I have to.
