What I might: Semi-Storage Via Gaia
Circe the Super Mutant
Mah final character for The Obsidian Brotherhood; the one I decided to stick with, partially for ease, partially for fitting in the military, partially for the chance to, some day, get to run about with a Browning M2HB~ <3

Appearance:

__While barely taller than most Super Mutants at 10’11”, Circe’s ‘impressively healthy’ posture leaves her standing at an imposing 9’3”. Her solid body primarily features a broad, thick and densely formed skeletal structure with an immense and well-toned musculature. More simply put, she’s massive and weighs around 865 pounds. Her external layering of fat is as limited as would be expected of a body builder, with her breasts’ shape being more from her packed pectoral muscles than the fat cushioning her mammary glands. The fat is present nonetheless, as her having been mutated by the strain of FEV present at the Mariposa Military Base means she still has not only her female sex organs, but other relatively feminine features as well. In the terms of pre-war sexual culture, she hosts numerous features stereotypically attributed to ‘butch’ women; however, she also displays the shifts expectably brought on from having been mutated by a virus designed to ‘perfectly’ transform a human into a humanoid tank.
__Though her once long, beautiful and full head of reddish-orange hair has lost much of its body, she has taken to letting the now more dispersed and lightly shaded strands clump together in thick dreads that fall about her head, reaching no lower than her chin. Her broad, solid forehead has a healthy curve to it and leads down to her hazy blue eyes, which themselves appear rather sunken compared to the broader cheekbones below them. Compared to her male brethren, her jaw is rather narrow. Her face’s overall shape is almost more akin to a slender human female’s, but this relation is lost due to her enlarged bone structure and thick muscles’ influence. Her skin is an almost sickly light gray with modest green tinting throughout her entire body. This has the amusing result of leaving it incredibly obvious when she is enraged or embarrassed due to the almost comical reddening shown when she blushes.
__Also notable, her hands and feet are much, much larger than normal. While this was both true and slightly embarrassing for her as a human, the effects of FEV combining with their predisposed enlargement results in what she considers a blessing to her ability to ‘beat the living s**t’ out of things.


Personality:
__Circe’s incredible physical shape is not due only to her mutation, for she hosts an intense love for anything requiring the impressive physique and thus works to maintain and improve it regularly. Any forms of physical exertion, be it through lifting wrecked cars, climbing the ruins of a building or engaging in close-quarters combat (with whomever actually stands a chance) are all things she is more than prepared to indulge in. She’s all-around tough, rough and up for a challenge whenever and wherever it may present itself. She also holds a bit of affection for marksmanship with weapons that humans would usually keep to a tripod. Practice makes perfect, as they say, and she’d taken that phrase to heart back when she was still a scrawny little human tending to fields of mutated plants.
__Beyond her enjoyment for combat and physical stress, she also applies similar tendencies towards her Brothers and Sisters in the form of ‘tough love’; being supportive and understanding, but not so much that she’d ever refrain from teasing them or otherwise giving them a hard time about things. Beyond her battle-fanaticism and favor for humor, she’s fiercely dedicated to the idea of devoting one’s self to a cause bigger than they are; an idea that The Obsidian Brotherhood let her revive in practice. Less appealing to the Brotherhood’s purposes, she can be a bit picky on things where her reasoning makes no sense, and is also somewhat of a pervert. She won’t say it, but that doesn’t mean she won’t stare at it and think it. Given her lack of specifics in sexual preference, anyone nervous about such things should be at least a little weary of her. The teasing isn’t always so innocent, and she has more than enough intelligence to be sly about things.


Background:
__Circe’s life as a human is only vaguely remembered. She grew up the daughter of two rather eccentric and highly supportive parents. Her mother was a buxom, playful woman possessing a love of the land and the feeling of the dirt between her fingers. Her father was the flirtatious caravan guard and handy-man who had managed to charm her mother into being his then been charmed, in-turn, into staying by her side. In Circe’s mid-twenties, she left the agricultural settlement she’d been raised in to pursue a life akin to what her father had once led. She took well to the various jobs’ demands, but at some point in the mid-2140’s the caravan she was escorting ran into a force she’d never before seen the likes of. Though the caravan was overpowered with minimal losses, the survivors came to find themselves hauled off as prisoners and welcomed into the ranks of their captors through exposure to the Forced Evolutionary Virus. Despite her initial struggle, after the changes had taken place and she had truly understood what a blessing the it was, she was more than willing to devote her life to the admirable goals of the Master’s plans.
__She served the Master’s Army proudly, her surprisingly well-retained intelligence had combined with her well-formed physique in a manner that allowed her to excel at the variety of skills they needed. Barely fifteen years into her service she was inducted into the ranks of the Nightkin and given a functioning RobCo PIPBoy 3001, the customary symbol and tool of that position. She loved her brethren and served with honor, forming bonds with them through their shared experiences and beliefs, eagerly working each day to do what they could for the higher cause. When the Vats were destroyed, soon followed by the Master himself, the intensity of the loss was more than any of them could have been prepared for.
__As hard as the loss struck, the mutants in her unit still had each other. In the mutual support of those ties they recovered and carried on through the desolate, war-ravaged world. At first, they stayed in the region of what was California, picking up stray brethren and hunting down various groups of Raiders, asking for nothing more than lessened hostilities as repayment from the settlements they had saved. Though they eventually stopped wandering and tried to start up a small farming community, the escalating war between NCR and the secluded, techno-zealous Brotherhood of Steel inspired them to try heading east.
__The years passed in the form of various events and enjoyable adventures as she and her brethren worked in some minor way under the influence of the ideals they had formed around. When they heard of a new group trying to bring order to the land, the surprising twist inspired curiosity in all of them. Though they were all hesitant regarding the Obsidian Brotherhood’s roots in the Brotherhood of Steel, the Super Mutants chose to spend some time watching the splintered faction’s activities. After a few years of consistently admirable feats, Circe decided to shrug off her discomfort and approach them; she’s not regretted it yet.

Gifted: You have more innate abilities than most, so you have not spent as much time honing your skills. Your statistics are better than the average person, but your skills are lacking. You gain five extra points to spend in your special, however you get one less tag skill.
Tag Skills:
Big Guns: Proficiency at using "big" guns. It determines your combat effectiveness with over-sized weapons.
Melee Weapons: Proficiency and combat effectiveness with all melee weapons.
Unarmed: Proficiency at unarmed fighting. The combination of martial arts, boxing and other hand-to-hand martial arts. Combat with your hands and feet.

Perks:
1. Tier 2: Iron Fist: With the Iron Fist perk, you do additional Unarmed damage per rank.
2. Tier 2: Steady Arm: Your massive size means burst shot attacks can be performed faster than others.
3. Tier 3: Toughness: When you are tough, you take less damage. You gain a bonus to damage resistances with this perk.
