These scars were self inflicted, as are a few other scars on his stomach, most of which aren’t as bad as the ones on his arm.
Tattoos: Dragon / On the back of his neck it said Hate, Forgotten, Peace and Faithful in Kanji symbols, but they are rarely seen due to his hair being in the way.
