I can't stand to write these anymore
The days just pass by and I can't control it anymore
My friend comes in to play
I just say,
"Grab a pen and stay"
I was hoping he would write a poem to.

Alas he wrote one it had to do
With us both
It read,
"I can write poems and say it to,
I can't stand being around you,
I hope you will not stay here,
I just want to play a game with you!"

I figured it out just then and there
I didn't need to write one here
I could do it anytime I want
I just got stuck on this loop on
Poem Day

Now I say,
"What the hay!
I will play today,
Not only that but I can stop
I just tend to drop down.
Thinking of someone else.
I want to be friends with you.
I am sorry about what I did to you."

Now I wait this person I relate,
To talk back-to-back with me,
Now he says,
"I am insanity!"
