I've been having a lot of sleep problems the past week.
Today I woke up around 4:30am, didn't fall back asleep untill around an hour later. I think I'm paranoid cuz I keep waking up in the middle of the night and get this freaky feeling that someone or something is in my house. I guess it started in the begining of this week when I had woken up at around 2:30am to go to the bathroom. I couldn't go back to sleep, so I just stayed up and watched TV, Family Guy was on so that was entertaining enough. Around 3:00 my dog started barking, and I mean barking viciously. He never does that, and especially not at 3 in the morning It woke my mom and sister up (not my bro cuz he's dead when he sleeps) and I was already up, but when we went to go see what he was barking at there was nothing there. I went back to my room and tried to go back to sleep, but I was too awake and I was really up tight from my dog. The slightest out of place noise, shadow, movement, whatever. I kept hearing things, like wine glasses clinking against each, stairs creaking, things like that. To add to it my TV that I had kept on to kinda calm my nervs started going on the fritz. The screen blanked out like it would if it turned off but you could still hear it. Then the noise went off a few minuetes later, but the TV light that shows its on was still on. I tried turning it off and back on again but it didn't work. So at this point its probablly around quarter to four in the morning. I was so freaked out that I sat there wide awake untill about 5:30 before I finally got to sleep. But then I had to wake up at 7!! scream Every night since I wake up sometime in the middle of the night and though I haven't stayed up as long as the first time I still get paranoid that somethings there... It really creeps me out.
