I used to live, I used to be,
Everyone I use to see.
I use to love, I used to grow,
Many things I use to know.
I'd go to school, I'd talk with friends;
All of these, until the end,
I did. But now the end has come.
With no one do I walk among.
I am not dead, I am not lost;
For the price to die is too high a cost.
I do not wander, alone and free,
I do not owe myself to me.
No one knows me, nor will they,
For nothing more I ever say.
I'm no longer seen, for others are blind,
They see not me, see not my mind.
I am not crazy, but I am not sane,
And all I have left is my pain.
I am alone, and forever is long;
I am forgotten, but not gone.
