I don't have a cover page just yet. I should be working on one soon. Should be working on pages 2 and 3 soon too. I hope to have page 2 by next wendsday, but I make no promises. After all I have a project to do this weekend. I'm such a procrastinator. Well anyway the title of this comic is calle: A World Without Order. There's so much irony in that title that it's not even funny, you will all see soon enough if anyone besides my friends looks at it. Anyway this is the first page of Chapter 1: Striving in Desert Heat. This promises to be an interesting comic, as few already know. Luckly for all you people on Gaia I have a story line all planed out thanks in part to Shadow and a few others at http://s8.invisionfree.com/Elenlond. Actually mostly Shadow, there is a subplot that I hope to draw as well but I don't know how well it'll go over, seeing as how those Roleplays never finish so they'd be unfinished chapters but well worth it I would think. If anyone cares to know there are 14 chapters so far that I have to work with and 2 subplot chapters. So as you can see I've got alot to work with and have no reason to going into writer's block, drawer's block on the other hand is another story. Oh yes I must ask if anyone knows any good tutiorals for PaintShop Pro 7 I would much apperciate it, I'm looking alot for textures and shading.
So without further adu here is what's going on in the comic on page one:
Mid-noon and the sun was at it's highest, but for those who know the secrets of the desert such a time is no problem. The sun's burning yellow gleam made the sand's fine grains sparkle under the heavily booted feet of Neriasis. His body was covered from head to toe in layers a black dyed cotton. Which kept him cool durning the days and warm during the cold nights. However, his wings were feeling the heavy asult from the sun's rays, but there was little he could do, save for flap them every now and then sending up swhirls of fine sand.
He was out in the desert searching for a clue to a puzzle, that only he knew about. But so far on this journey he had found nothing but harsh climets and sand. Though his mood was slightly cheerier then normal. For he'd been able to disuade Sisairen from tagging along. Neriasis knew that all that could be gained from that was complaints and nagging about how much longer it was going to take. But Neriasis wasn't completly alone, he was accompanied by Shenta, in his larger form. The Kandra however, was feeling the beating of the sun apon every inch of his obsidian colored fur. But he still managed to stay cool, the fur apon his neck being thicker and of a slightly lighter color traped cool air beneth it, to keep the Kandra's neck fairly cool.
