Christmas, peoples!!!
As you all know from the crowded malls and excessively rabid shoppers, el Christmas es coming. And along with Christmas comes many things. These things including: crappy Christmas songs from the early fifteen hundreds, being forced into the instutution they call "Family Gatherings", the afore mentioned rabid shoppers and desperate searching for of Christmas gifts, wrapping the previously mentioned presents, and dealing with the..."unwanted" exchange presents the kid who sits across from you in class bought you for the secret Santa exchange. But despite all these rather annoying things, I find Christmas to be a pretty happy time of the year. Why is that? Is it the prospect of recieving gifts that excites everyone? Or are people so miserable they need a fat man in a suit for an excuse to be happy? I don't get people sometimes. emo Either way, I suppose it's best if we all take advantage of this excuse for happiness, because God knows we all need it. (Yes! I said GOD. stare ) Well as for the prospects of the upcoming Christmas, I don't suppose I really want anything. In the end none of that stuff matters anyway, right? It's about with friends and family after all. And of course, the birth of Jesus. heart (Did I mention I'm a Christian, people? pirate ) But I guess the whole reason I bothered to post all this is to remind you guys (yes, those few of you who read this) to be happy with what you have this Christmas and thank everyone you love for being there for you. As darkly sarcastic as I can be, I still tell my mommy that stuff, so you should too. heart biggrin Anyways, have a good Christmas everyone! whee
