I woke up at 6:50 with intense Chest pains. I felt like my ribs and spine was being crushed. I walked around (whining) the pain just stayed. Lying down made it worse. Luckly someone was outside my bedroom door on patrol. She gave me pain killers and had me drink hot tea. With in 40 mins I was feeling better.

Trying to get back to sleep was a bugger. Took me hours. I finally got 2 extra hours of sleep. Matsumoto Tried to get me up. No good I slept right through it all.
