Ah, my feet burn with the pain of a thousand suns. And my brain aches with the force of a charging elephant (yes, they do charge.) But I'm no poet, let's just get that down on the table.
<begin rant> My History teacher reminds me of a mouse. First of all, she's rather small, has frizzish brown hair, and speaks really slowly and quietly. When she talks to me, it's annoying because she seems like she's talking down to everyone...by saying really obvious things like she doesn't think we understand. Her class is so easy, and yet I think I could be doing more important things with that long, long hour every day.</end rant>
Other than that and a few other fine lines, school is actually ok...for school, mind you. It's still the most boring part of my day, and getting up in the mornings makes me want to cry, but hey, it isn't bad. Amendment to second sentence: it's nowhere as fun as 8th grade was, but it's ok.
The teachers at the High School stink. I'll lay the cards out now. The 8th grade teachers were some of the most fun people I've ever met. Sadly, half of them retired, and the other half I never get to go down and visit, but at least I have the memories, huh?
