Been frequently fighting with myself over whether or not I am spending my time "properly" but the thing is there has never been or will be a truly proper way to spend time. But that does not seem to actually quell my mind. Its a conscious effort to get my mind to back off obsessing over it like its a problem to be solved. There is no solution and the best thing to do is to simply do anything else but spend my limited time on fruitless attempts to answer my brains attempts to sort what is and is not worthwhile.
