Also, since he is an Angel, he uses Holy Magic.
bio: Born in Heaven, where he learned how to control electricity. He lived in the more secleduded part of heaven, somewhat shrouded in clouds. He was part of a rich family, but got tired of being overpampered and treated like a helpless child by his parents, so he stole the ancestral blade of his family and ran to earth, in order to set out on his own and see the world.
other: Leo is adventurous, and does not like anyone to fight his battles or even try to get in his way for that matter. He is very naive and curous, and wants to learn about the world.
