GODS BE PRAISED!!!!!! I'm staying here for the hlidays, I never thought I'd be happy that my family's strapped for cash, but this is a blessing in disguise. I don't think I could stand being among self-rightious relatives from the southern tip of HELL for more than two years in a row... the mere fact that I can now sleep in my own bed on christmas is an awesome bonus, but that I don't have to suffer through the painful event of reminding my senile grandparents that I am not eleven years old anymore, and, in fact, am almost a full blown adult... (minus the blown razz ). so now that I'm staying home for the holidays I can set my mind to finding a gift for my little bro, he's a tough cookie to buy stuf for, he's obsessed with spongebob, but already has most of what he could want for that, the only thing I can think of getting him is maybe that movie video game of it... it's either that or the new ratchet and clank game, I think I could stand him playing that a little more than the dreaded sponge...
In other news the performance is OVER... finally, we got a lot of and I think we did surprisingly well seeing as I didn't know many of the lines for one of the scenes... I was debating whether or not to use my script, but I crunched it out in the end and got the scene down better than I would have thought possible. the band was okay, My friend, the bassist, would have been better if he had taken the famous Stu Hamms advice. See when "Stryker" practices he practices fast, really fast, as fast as he can, the only problem with this is that he practices with mistakes quick instead of getting it exact and then speeding up. Now I myself cannot play near as fast as stryker, but he never gets the beats right on "lowrider"... *sigh* oh the follies of the young and stupid.
