The loner
The loner, the one that prefers to be alone
they walk alone in this lonely world of ours,
needing no one but themselves.
the loner seems like he cares for only himself and in a way
it's true, as he looks out for himself before others,
whether friend or family, he cares not.
The loner is strong, as he faces everything on his own,
Though he is not forced oh no, he chooses to do it on his own,
He leans on no one but himself, because who can hurt him if he is all alone?
The loner is alone,
Which means he has no one to count on,
Neither may anyone count on him,
He worries less about failing for who is there he can fail but himself?
The loner is free,
The loner does what he wants when he wants to do it.
The loner loves no one but himself, he knows himself better than anyone,
He has no one to nag him,
No one to need him,
He has nothing to lose but himself.
The loner is lonely because he has no one to lean on,
The loner is lonely because he has no one else to look out for him,
The loner is lonely because he has no one to count on,
The loner is lonely because he does whatever he wants to do alone.
