Background: Parents were doctors and she grew up with their expectations of becoming one. she didn't do too well with the schooling and settled for the nurse job at Arkham. One of her patients turned on her one day; she suspects was put up to it by the new director Hugo Strange at Arkham Asylum to get rid of whoever was close friends with the Wayne's. She was paranoid for a long time and often sought comfort and safety from her friend until she was able to recover a bit. The incident happened a couple months after the Wayne's were murdered. She's been out of luck getting a job since.

Powers/Abilities: Can manipulate electricity pretty well, and can use the static between objects and atoms at her will almost like using telepathic powers to move things. When using her abilities, she can cause small or large power outages and even unwillingly change the static in the atmosphere and accidentally cause storms to form.
Background: Was taken from her parents in the NICU as an infant to be raised and trained and experimented on with mutant DNA. Years and years went by of this torment and finally her kidnappers got the results they wanted. She experienced a lot of pain and saw many of the kids she grew up with in the labs die or be killed. She stayed close with Iona, with whom she shared a room for years. They were the sole ones to even escape that facility, but they soon learned there were others out there. Mutants were not gone like it had been rumored for decades.

She also refuses to use any sword from the Seven and would rather heal people. Eventually, when she almost dies for refusing to harm someone else during training, her father takes her out to train her himself and makes her take his sword for strength and protection.
Background: Grew up knowing what her parents did when they were part of Team Hebi, and could only see her father outside of the village twice a week, like he was some convict that wasn't allowed into Konoha because of his past. She wouldn't speak much about her parents growing up, even though they had both redeemed themselves. It made her nervous that people may still hold it against her for her parents' actions.

Background: She used to train and was a loyal disciple to the Ancient One. She had learned how to harness the mystic powers of the unknown, and was quite adept to any technique the Ancient One had challenged her with. During the big fight with Kaecilius as he planned to betray his master, she was tossed through a portal he had made and she found herself on an entirely different planet. Without her Sling Ring (having lost it in the fight) she was unable to get back to her home world, and was quickly captured as an "exotic breed" and sent into the world of sexual slavery. She was branded and scarred by multiple men as they marked her, and eventually grew bored and traded her off to the highest bidder. She found herself in a brothel of sorts, for women of all different species who had suffered the same fate as her. There, she (like the others) was conditioned and turned into the "ultimate sex slave;" her memories of her entire being and her past were locked away and she was created as a blank slate on which the brothel owners had given her the only knowledge she needed to please customers and bring in the most money. During that awful time, she had met her closest and possibly only true friend, and not long after, the men who would save their lives.

She was able to escape and hide from the bandits, but the rest of the group, including her parents, were brutally murdered. She was alone in her travels for some time, trying to make a living by selling whatever she could come across that was worth anything, until she met her best and only friend. Background: Youngest son of higher vampires Margaret and Vetiver von Thornton. His family has literally been the head family of the city-state of Novigrad for over two centuries. His parents were revered as great rulers by some, but over the many years, people began to speculate that they weren't human. Though still the richest family in Novigrad, many fear the Thorntons for belief of being demons, a belief instilled by the now largely prominent Christian churches that popped up all over the large city. There are still some that respect the family, especially for all they do for the citizens, but many dislike them so much that they cause riots and ruckus whenever Aleister or any other family members are out in public. Due to this rising hatred for his family, he's never trusted anyone outside his family, but is able to still put on the facade of being human to appease people as much as possible.

She was devastated, but she chose to continue training and honing her skills, where she eventually met and befriended Thor, who was also training and practicing using his powers. He grew up knowing how to hunt and to survive. His parents died one night due to beast attacks in the woods, strange creatures not quite like the rest. One day, he beat 12-year-old Evelyn's mother to death during an argument, and Evelyn stepped up against him, having had enough of his hatred for the both of them. She attacked him with her powers, bringing the entire house down with them both inside. She came out unscathed, but he didn't. She ran away and has been on the move ever since.
Personality: Distrusting of most people, afraid to open up about what she is and what she did. Sometimes hates herself because of her powers, but tries to use them for good when she can. Background: Her and her brother Sokka both lost their mother to the Fire Nation; they were attacked during the night after all the best fighters had left the village to prepare for the attack, their father included. Many villagers lost their lives, and she gained the crescent-shaped scar under her eye from the attack too. Ever since, and with she and Sokka both being the oldest and best fighters of the village, they have vowed to protect everyone remaining until the men and their father returned home. They've had a hatred for the Fire Nation since the attack.

Abilities: Can heal allies and sap energy from enemies just by touching them anywhere with her hands. Healing requires using some of her own stamina or energy to transfer it to others to speed up their healing processes, while sapping energy aids in her own bodily healing and restores any lost energy, giving her more stamina while weakening the person being sapped. Her biggest attacks, and used only when absolutely needed, are when she can shoot beams out of her hands to heal nearby allies even faster, or to sap enemies even faster, but these attacks require a huge amount of stamina to pull off.
Drawbacks: Using her healing too much can result in her passing out completely when she uses too much stamina. She's always hungry or tired because of it as well. Also, due to having to be within close enough range to touch the enemy, she's quite vulnerable to any attacks.
Background: Born and raised in Japan, and surprisingly a first generation quirk-user in her family. Was always treated as something special and never really a child when she was growing up. Always tried to stand out even without her abilities to live up to those expectations and excelled in school because of it. Discovered her quirk and it's two facets when she was about 5, and quickly came to fear the draining part of her quirk when accidentally used on someone who was bullying her for being the class pet. Has since vowed to protect and heal, and only use the other ability when she needed to. She was accepted into UA College the traditional way (although a few years later than some) and though she's not good with many physical activities, she still excelled just enough to become a student. That's where she met (insert your name here), another new student from a different country, and they decided to be roommates in an apartment not far from campus.
Personality: Easy-going most of the time, somewhat of a flirt but isn't very good at it, still very much an excellent student, very caring and protective of her closest friends, and loves to go to the beach. Also a huge fan of plants.

Background: Lost her fae mother and human father at a young age because of hunters looking for fae folk. Was hurt during the attack but managed to escape and flee into the forest surrounding their small, rural, Montana home. Was found and taken in by an elven couple living not far from her own home and was taught about the world and its inhabitants and how to use magic. Decided she wanted to stop hiding and explore the world and left for the California coast, quickly learning that there are still bad people in the world. Background: Was born to a prostitute and left abandoned on the streets at a young age. Has had health issues since birth, and when he was taken in by an wealthy vampire couple, he was diagnosed with a terminal illness. They tried everything they could do homeopathically, and medically, but once he reached his mid twenties, his health began to decline very quickly. They made the choice to change him and make him a vampire rather than letting him suffer and die. He's had a very close and loving relationship with his adoptive parents, and they showed him early on what they were and how they lived, while also working to keep him living as a normal human boy until he was turned. They helped him learn how to be a vampire and deal with new issues. He has since left home to work and live near the beach, landing a job as a bartender at Cece's most popular bar.
