Voice actor is Samuel Stewart "Sam" Witwer
He plays "The Son" in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, episodes 15, 16, and 17 of season 3 in the Mortis Trilogy.

Sadly this is all I can find on youtube right now. Hopefully I'll be able to find something better in the future where there is a clear audio recording of a voice clip from this character (preferably without the added filters making the "double voice" affect). For now this will have to do.
