So basically you can't file a ticket? Does he mean, the first time you log in you have to log out and you'll be good? Or is it, nope soon as you log in as a guest and type up a ticket you can't file it until you log out which will erase your ticket and make itself unfile-able. ....Like the system wasn't broken enough. I type this here because I have no desire for the s**t storm that would happen once it goes to the forums but seriously, I'm just ticking off the things Gaia is getting right these days and really the only thing coming up is items and that's a mixed maybe at best since they are seriously neglecting their GG market most of the time. I really hope this CEO is replaced soon because at this rate the site that made it to a 10 year anniversary is coming perilously close to it's death bed because of just poor decision making.

When Gaia staff says it tests things to make sure it doesn't break the site, are they even concerned with the feature breaking? Because common sense would dictate a soft opening to a fair amount of Gaians (in the 5k-20k range) or at least a bot test where they load the test servers a few thousand (hundred thousand if they want to be thorough) and just have them all start a game. Seriously the worst that happens is the game completely crashes, which is better to happen then than it would be to happen as a live launch for people expecting these SIMPLE games to work. He went and bashed the old games for not being able to update them but at the latest track record I'm kind of glad they can't touch them so they can't break. The other thing that came to mind in his journal was that it wasn't "worth the time" to learn Flash language even though it is one of THE most commonly used programs on the internet. It would open up the door for so many new interesting events and the excuse is just so bullshit to me that "it's not worth the time to learn." I understand not learning EVERY program you could possibly use but this is a pretty major player on the internet and it's especially useful for things like these mini-games they want to throw out since it's been done and done VERY well in the past by not only this site but other sites. So there is a well established formula they could reference off of to make a functioning fun game(s) that they don't have to worry will crash the moment it comes up.
I dearly dread the day the touch the forums and inventory system for that matter because at this rate it looks like they're trying to make us use to the site being in a state of overall broken disarray. I'm beginning to feel like I should screen shot my inventory again just in case they update the invo. system without a proper warning. All that can be done at this point is hope to god that the what's being seen lately does NOT reflect upon what they are capable of for their and the users sake.
