I have come to relish my role as the..Bad Seed..The Misunderstood One..but..Xenophobia infused my griping with new Vitriol...



In the past..I have opted out of dealing with issues when they happened..but I would store it and erupt six months later..Sometimes for the better interest of the team..you have to change certain elements..so the plays will run more smoothly..In summation..all of this can be avoided if communication is practiced..
