She is a full blooded dragon, however she hasn't the ability to shape-shift she never has, its as though she's stuck in her human appearance. This hasn't slowed the young dragon down however. She still has the ability to communicate with her dragon brethren.

♫ History:Roughly 30 years before the young dragon was born there was an oracle before her. One who served the goddess Seires. When war broke out between the gods she was quickly eliminated to severe her influence from the people. Series was the only goddess to live on the land itself, and the people adored her. The Oracle of the time was seen to have a heart that was of the same generosity to Series. With any request no matter how small she would speak it to the gods above and tell the people of their response, and favor. No request of the people were beneath her for she loved them like children and family. Even the news that came bad from the Gods and Goddesses the oracle always found a way to shed a good light on it and give the people hope.
The oracle of that time was a manipulator of the light that resonated for the roots of Series' life tree.
Not to long after the birth of the new oracle, Rachel, the gods/goddess' responsible for the death of Seires and her retainers sent a small armada to reclaim the child and destroy what remained of the dragon clan that had rebirthed her. The armada carried this out but in their greed did not kill the child. Leaving the rest for dead they were intercepted by a young king who had seen first hand the blood shed they caused and in a fit of righteous rage he took his sword up and retrieved what they stole and had the armada itself erased from history.
Adopted into the Rhea family she has resumed her life there, living with no memory of her origin. Acting as the oracle of those lands, gifted with a powerful voice she communicates with the gods/goddess' (the ones who respond are on Seires' side.. This ties in with CereCere's profile ). Those who respond also aid her in battle when she needs it.
♪ Weapon:Ambrophone: Driven from the words ambrosia and microphone. It is most literally a giant microphone on a stand which Rachel uses to amplify her voice to safe levels to communicate with the gods. It was created by Rhea mages, but has been altered by
Serenity Arissa. She can now use the device as a weapon; a blade is attached and sheathed by the stand of the microphone. When detached Rachel can awkwardly wield the microphone by the head and use the blade as needed. So far, it has not been required.
♫ Fighting styleIf you would much less call it that... I guess its like
acrobatic dancing. Being a dancer by nature Rachel's fighting style relies on her rythm, and agility. Her moves are unpredictable even to her at times. They will come one way in an instant and seem completely unbalanced and then the next step to the movement will appear absolutely coordinated. As such her movements include swift punches, cartwheels that convert into trips or overhead double fist pounds to the skull placing her behind her opponent. Rachel has often been known to trip the feet out of people as she spins along the ground. The girl is an entertainer no doubt about that and her dances are to die for. With her unique fighting style her kicks are far stronger than most and can be chained a lot easier for devastating combinations.
♪ Abilities:Some would consider Rachel to be a bard, one of her main abilities is attacks through songs. While these songs are powerful, they are slow casts and can be stopped. For the most part they are AOE (attack on everyone)
Not all of her attacks/abilities are song based.

Pretty self explanatory. As she sings her energy becomes imbued in the area around her. The draconic blood and the energy that surrounds her being that of an oracle harvest in the skies around her. This particular song manipulates the area's weather to fit the mood. Literally turning the battlefield into a canvas of storms, hail, lightning, thunder, tornado's.

With this song Rachel emits her energy purely through the sound of her song. As the other song would have the energy manipulate the skies above and the air to make storms. This energy follows the path of sound to her opponents. Once it travels through their ear drums and into their brains it will begin it's manipulation. Via the use of her energy and the rhythmical patterns of her song it will synch the brains signals through the opponents body and force motions that match the rhythm of the tune heard. This means that they will be forced to dance, and bluntly put forced to dance to whatever tune she decides to change it to. While this could be a comical attack at the same time it can be deadly. The body has a breaking point and Rachel can sing until the body reaches that point and beyond. With that being said she could kill someone with this song. (Rare, Rachel isn't keen on killing others. ) Not to mention someone else could come along to slay you.
Will power is the key to breaking out of this hold; do you have enough strength to release yourself from the siren's song?

With this lullaby her oracle zeal is summoned to mend the wounds of her comrades. The heavier the wound the more energy she would need to summon. In severe cases she can request a favor of the gods to help her save a life.

SCREAM!(Not song based)
Is most literally, self explanatory... Rachel screams. Using her ambrophone, or raw voice she lets out a powerful shriek. Depending on the force she puts behind it will change the damage/destruction to those she is attacking and that surrounding them. These are sound waves, or rather vibrations.

Boink~Channeling her oracle zeal into her ambrophone, Rachel summons stuff animals to throw at opponents... How many she summons is her digression.. You may get one, or it may seem like there's a oozy firing stuffed animals at you.

IDK MY BFF JILLSimilar, to "Boink~" Rachel summons a stuffed animal.. However, this one isn't thrown at you. Instead, she raises her ambrophone into the air and with a brilliant flash of colorful lights and glitter a stuffed giant stuffed animal is summoned, two stories tall. The stuffed animal mimics Rachel's moves. Also note; that the toy changes every time she summons. One time, you might fight a unicorn, the next it might be a penguin.

☼ Sound barrier: Sound barrier is a defensive magic barrier of sound vibrations that forms around Rachel in a 5ft radius above and below to. Her voice being activation for it, rings come into existence hovering around her that give off an illuminating glow {Note: these rings appear a different color each time use or gradually change different colors}. With sound barrier in play these rings will protect Rachel from incoming attacks (physical or magical). Also it is to be taken into account that she is not required to be stationary, she can move around with this barrier around her. Though this be true, the barrier can get weak and snap if receiving to much damage over time. It does also have a time before it wears off if not broken before then. Duration: 4 post

This spell works in response to the Oracles voice mainly when she is singing. As she sings, small pentacles form making a total of 8 small revolver sized magic cannons that float around in the air. These cannons fire thin lazor beams for a few minutes each time Orcales voice becomes smaller in a song {So which means if she sings a song with nothing but small notes then she’s a firin’ 8 small lazers >3 } but these cannons disappear should her voice shift fading out, but will fade back in when she hits the small notes again.

☼ Crescendo (becoming stronger): (Locked, Rachel start training! )
This spell works in response to the Oracles voice mainly when she is singing. A bit stronger then it’s lesser calando, this is a step up from that one and like it medium sized pentacles form in the air clumping together to make 4 cannons the size of your average trash can. These 4 cannons floating in the air fire lazor beams for a few minutes each time the Oracles voice becomes stronger in a song. But these cannons disappear should her voice shift fading out but will fade back in when that voice of hers becomes strong again.

This spell works in conjunction with the Oracles voice when her voice hits a sudden forceful note. When she does this 2 large pentacles appear in the air glowing hot at the center and fire heavy beams down toward the target. They last for only bit and happen suddenly, so each time her voice is experiencing this, these will occur as long as they’ve been activated.
