What brought you here? I was born and grew up on an island in the Aegean Sea. This island was such inhabited by only harpies. A bunch of loud, obnoxious, flying harpies. Anyway, I grew up a sheltered life on this island, but I was raised in such a way that I thought every place in the world was inhabited by harpies and only harpies. Hey...don't judge.
My notions of this harpie planet were crushed when one day, I decided I was going to go see all the harpies on the next island. You could say I was a little less than disappointed when I found that humans lived on the island instead. Well, I had to basically book it back to my little cove when I was spotted, since a harpy was a rare sight. I had a talk with my parents when I got back home, one, why there were humans so close, and two, why they lied to me. It crushed my dreams. Crushed them so hard.
Anyway, the forbade me from flying too far off, but this little plan of theirs still didn’t work, considering that humans went in our waters to fish, and when they’d see me or someone else in the flock, they were all “GOJIRA!” Not really, but it still didn’t help. So, with my parents being the overprotective parents they were, I was sent to Aether for my own safety….and I was 15. So, I attended Aether until I graduated college (I wasn’t really expecting everyone there to be harpies after my first experience).
I did some odd work here and there after I graduated, I was a travel agent for a while, then I saw this teaching position open up for a Potions teacher. And if my mind didn’t deceive me that Potions was my best class in school, then I thought I should apply. So I did, and I got the job. And now that Nikki is here, too, we can be boob buddies.
What do you like? I really like bubbles. They make me giddy. I also enjoy chemistry in general, since I teach potions and all. I feel like I’m pretty good at being honest with people, even if I may be loud about it and I enjoy being around people. I also see myself as a matchmaker of sorts. I love finding students and pairing them together. It’s so cute!
Not so much... Even though I will basically eat anything, I hate chicken meat. It reminds me of cannibalism and the texture is icky. Bad potion results are not pleasing either, but sometimes they can’t be helped. And even though I consider myself an attractive woman, my figure is a touchy subject. Being a harpy, we don’t wear much to begin with usually, and it’s hard being the chubby bunny of the family. Oh, and I’m really bad at sneaking around at curfew.
Powers: I can fly, create barriers using wind, and control any type of bird to do my bidding. I have very sensitive senses in the form of sight and hearing, so don't say anything inappropriate or suspicious in the building or in the dorms, I can hear you. I am also very fast, don't even try sneaking out because I will see you and don't want to be caught by me because we will have a marvelous time together, won't we? I'll sing for you, and you don't want that.
