So... I haven't done one of these "plot hole" things in a while, and I just watched Hercules like thirty minutes ago. So I think I'll have some fun and tear apart one of my favorite movies ever!
There's actually a pretty egregious one, but with all of the other innacuracies and goofs it's hard to notice. For the sheer sake of pointing everything out, here's a list of every goof or inaccuracy to myth I can think of at this moment:
the river Styx's depth changing drastically
the shape of the marketplace changing between shots
the layout of the garden moving and changing
Hercules not being named Heracles
Phil being a satyr and hero trainer
Meg not being murdered along with all of her children
Narcissus living on mount Olympus
Hercules riding Pegasus instead of Perseus
the Fates sharing one eye
there only being five Muses instead of nine
none of Phil's heroes were made into constellations, even though he trained Perseus
Hades being devil-like and evil
Hercules being Zeus and Hera's son rather than Zues and Alcmene's
That's the list as far as I can remember. However, there's still a huge problem with the movie. The Fates apparently know everything- past, present, and future. They are then tricked by Hades into giving a revelation about Hades's evil scheme, because he woos one of them.
The question is, if the Fates know everything, why didn't they see Hades's "woo" coming?

Second thing, woooooow, so many plot holes. Really Disney, there is a little thing called research, don't do it only to throw it all out the window. Don't get me wrong, I actually love the movie too xD.
