What I think of Them:

Iisa is that very perverted voice inside your head that no one ever hears. He believes that people should be happy and relaxed, and that sex should be a regular part of life and daily activities. This guy is always up beat, friendly and inviting to talk to. He's got a silly, crooked smile and tends to be able to get anyone talking, and can get most people drunk.

While he has some odd tendencies, Iisa is never malicious. He is excellent for diffusing tension, and his English is not very good. Highly entertaining, and a slightly cracked out character.
