Jeez, don't know why, but I love it. I've only donated once so far, but I love the thought that I'm helping others.
But what's funny is I found out that I'm O negative just today when I received my volunteer blood donor card. For the longest time, I though I was O positive because my mom just assumed that's what I was because she's O positive too. I feel awesome now. For some reason, I'm just so excited simply because I'm a slightly rare blood type. Plus I know now that I can donate to anyone! Not just Rh +
