I saw him again. He wasn't chained up anymore. He was on his hands and knees, his head hung, his face hidden by his long dark hair. On his back were wings, white wings. Not glorious white or even angel white, white like someone didn't color them in yet. I was so excited to see him again, then I started thinking. Wait, how can he have wings? He had already fallen as far as he could go and lost his last chance at redemption. It was then I noticed the pain the wings were causing him, and when it hit me. It wasn't heaven's headhancho that released the fallen angel and gave him wings, it was someone else. Someone who had offered him a deal, and he accepted.
