"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me..." This is probably one of the biggest lies told to a child. Infact, verbal bullying/abuse is one of the main causes of suicide amongst teens ages 5-14. Words hurt and cut deeper than anyone can ever imagine, and the sad thing is... No-one believed them when they said it hurt.
