I've decided to get healthy. Because I've got to do something, I'm not going to school until next quarter or semester or year if god really hates me.
So, if I write down my new "healthy" life style I'll probably stick to it better. 3nodding
1. No eating after eight 'O clock. (The hardest one.) 2. Walk around the apartment in shape ups. I KNOW, it's tarded, probably doesn't work, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something. No, I'm not going to wear them outside because they make me look stupid. I know, conceited, vain, shallow Desi is conceited, vain and shallow. 3. Go for walks that are at least thirty minutes long. I use to go on walks all the time and I just don't anymore....so, I'm going to start walking again. 4. Put Pikachu on a diet. Because if I'm going to be healthy my cat has to be healthy too. (Stage most likely not to work out. I love my little fat-so.) 5. Remember to take my iron supplements every day. 6. Get Zinc supplements and remember to take those every day. 7. Write to my daily quota. I just felt I needed at least seven goals and I think that's a good one.
