Fiel was ill, he'd always been ill, as far back as he could remember, bedridden, in wheelchairs, having to be bathes and clothes, nobody let him do anything for himself, they never had. He was small and pale and thin, just having reached the age of eighteen. Most of the time his eyes were blank, and the others in the maynor tended to ignore him, save for his Nurse Liddell, except recently. Recently Liddell had been stricken ill as well, and he had sent a message asking how he could help, and she asked him only to take her daughter in her stead. Her saying this made him fear for the worst, but he did what she asked and had a buggy sent down to fetch Liddels daughter to him. Hopefully she knew some of the tasks she would be helping him with, and not too timid either. Because as he'd spent nearly every day with her mother, he had never met the girl, and knew next to nothing about her, save for that she was much younger than he.
