Last time Rikku, from another dimension, came to a Pikachu and gave it a quest to find "The Dragon Stone". This stone was merging other worlds with Pikachu's and it needed to be found, so that all can be returned to normal. To help Pikachu against any nasties from other dimensions it was given summoning powers.
On to part two!
The first thing Pikachu came across was a local Pokemon Trainer. Pikachu didn't have time to go against some kid right now! It needed to save the world for goodness sakes!
"Ah! A wild Pikachu!"
"Get ready to be captured Pikachu!"
Poor random trainer. He had no idea what he was getting himself into...
...Literally.
Oh dear, Pikachu did seemed to have overdone it. But this was the first time it used it's new powers. So it couldn't see how this outcome could have been avoided.
