Background: Urugiri was born in a high society hospital. His mother, however, soon became deathly ill after his birth. The children were frequently ushered in and out of the hospital. Urugiri and his sister had to be absolutely clean. Their father told them stories that even the tiniest germ could kill their mother. Urugiri’s sister didn’t really clean herself up much but Urugiri, being a momma’s boy, became EXTREMELY phobic of germs. He began to wear leather gloves and masks. He washes his hands too much. His mother died when he was sixteen. He went to a public school after a few years of private. There he began to fall in love with his history teacher. A very angry man that hates most children.
