"Just another day.." A sighed sentence came from a young woman as she walked towards the stairs that lead to the exit of the train station.Her hair long and black with silver tipped bangs,her eyes being a light brown that the sun exposed as it beamed down on them.She was wearing a grey skirt along with a black and grey stripped short vest with a short sleeved white collared shirt underneath,looking much more like a professor of some sort.It was about mid-morning which the town bell realized and sent out a sound that everyone else caught on to.This usually meant that "If you hadn't made it to work yet you might as well come in during lunch" Of course this put her in no rush to leave so quickly,which is exactly the advice she took from the old saying "I hope they won't be mad at me for being late..." She mumbled softly to herself as she looked up towards the sky
"Ugh,where is she...." Another voice said from a small cafe entrance.It was another young woman no older than the age of 18.Sporting a pair of cutoff shorts while she wore a blue tanktop with words across the back.She glanced over at a few people walking past the shop before sliding open her cell phone to call someone "....The lines busy..." She growled softly to herself before walking back inside the cafe to a table filled with three girls and two guys
"Is she on her way Yuko?" One of the girls asked as she watched the other sit down beside her
"I don't know....the line was busy..." Yuko replied in a sad sentence,spinning the ice in her cup around with her straw "Why is she always so late.."
"U-Uh....." The young woman from the train station peered around the streets alittle,holding her phone up close as she stared down at a map on the screen "....Maybe I took a wrong turn..." She sighed loudly as she hung her head down,shaking it due to her mistake
"Hey its Satoshi!" Yuko said excitedly as she sprang up from her seat,forcing the boy into a hug
"H-Hey there Yuko!" He said being pushed back alittle,hugging her tightly while spinning her around "Sorry if I'm late,I got held up" He said as he released her from the hug,rubbing the back of his head some
"Nice to see that everyone is here" The woman smiled at the group,more so towards Yuko and Satoshi,watching as Yuko's arms slid away from his neck
"Well its about time you got here Kyo,I was just seconds away from leaving without you had Satoshi not come along" Yuko scolded her,pointing her finger at her in an angry fashion.As she said Satoshi's name Kyo fixed her hand into a puppet mocking her word from word until she stopped
"If you say so" Kyo replied softly while walking towards the table,looking at all the half empty glasses "Mmmmm...."
"Well our lunchbreak is almost over,we better head back to the school before our professors start taking points off" Satoshi suggested before walking out of the cafe,taking Yuko by the hand and leading her outside
"H-Hang on Satoshi...I left my purse.." Yuko smiled gently as she pulled her hand away "You guys start walking I'll catch up" She assurred him before running back inside the cafe towards the table.Kyo sitting down at the table with her back towards the entrance.She held the strap of the purse on her fingers swinging it from side to side softly
"Thank you" Yuko smiled as she kissed Kyo on the cheek,wrapping her arms around her neck as she let her head rest next to hers "I'll see you after school Aiden" She said as she took her purse and ran out the door
Kyo sighed softly once she was gone "I'm getting tired of this game..." She spoke to herself smiling weakly before getting up making sure to push in her chair after her
