Okay, lets say you are in this wonderful relationship and your significant other is the sweetest, most attractive person on Earth and is always complimenting you, saying nice things, and being cute.
That absolutely great.
But what about when YOU want to give some compliments?
You give them, and they're as sweet as can be, right? You say something like, "You're the sexiest person I've ever seen." or "You're so perfect."
And you expect to get a shy 'thanks' and a giggle.
But you don't. You get a 'nahh I'm not that good looking' and then it can turn into an argument.
I freaking HATE that with a passion. When someone compliments you, you're supposed to appreciate it, NOT put yourself down.
If you're like the type of person I described, whenever you get a compliment from now on, don't say something bad about yourself. Just say thank you. heart heart heart heart heart
