While growing up,she was close to her mother,Who enjoyed mythological things.An interest they both shared.While her parents were out on a simple B-Rank mission,it turned out to end up more of an A-Rank.The one who hired them lied because they couldn't afford to pay for an A-Rank mission,but needed the help.Both of Kasumi's parents had died during that mission.It took 3 days for Kasumi to get the news.This led to her mere interest in mythological things into an obsession.Possibly to make her still feel her connection to her mother.And soon enough the obsession grew stronger,she started to attempt making jutsu based on mythological things.Including chimera,which when found out was assumed she had used humans to help create.Although they had no solid proof of this and so couldn't do anything but keep an eye on her.Soon enough she found out that they were on to her,and so she fled the village before they can do anything.
It's apparent she was once good friends with Yugao,Hayate,and Kakashi.But she now considers that to be nothing more then them being her colleagues.

Effect: This summons a Kitsune in which has seven tails,similar but not the same as a tailed beast.This Kitsune is the size of a normal one,not a giant.And possesses all of the Kitsune's ability's such as: Fire,Lightning,Shape-shift,Possession.When summoned it can act as a powerful ally,or posses it's summoner,infusing each-others chakra and becoming quicker and stronger.This tends to double the amount of chakra the possessed user has,however once separated from the Kitsune they become exhausted as though all their chakra has been ripped out of them,Assumed the Kitsune takes that chakra with it.It's possession can last for as long as they can stay awake,once asleep the Kitsune is forced out of the body.This also goes for when being unconscious.However it's not limited to possessing only it's summoner.It can possess anyone,but those with a extremely strong will can prevent it from taking over.
