I found a beautiful glass dragon
Worth more than anything that could be exchange
I love this beautiful glass dragon
And he loved me

I put this dragon on my nightstand
There he watches over me as I sleep
Every morning I would kiss his brittle head
And wish him well

At every separation he cries himself to sleep
At every reunion he jumps with joy

I love this beautifully cracked dragon
Broken in all that right places
I put him on a pedestal for the world to see
When I realized the world was a nasty place
For they tried to take him for me

I pulled him gently from the worlds eyes into my arms
Where he will stay
For I found this beautiful broken glass dragon
And I shall keep this dragon
