Meet Results
Shot put: (best) 3rd throw: 23 ft. 10 in.
Discus: (best) 2nd throw: 54 ft. 10 in.
My shot put throw was so good that my coach wants to teach me to glide, now. Which is a really big step for a noob like me xD
As for discus, my coach wanted me to throw 60 ft., and the captains wanted me to throw 55 ft. So I came very close to one mark, but missed the coach's by five feet and two inches, which is a considerable amount in any field event.
I have another meet tomorrow.
My goals: 24-25 ft. in shot; 55-60 ft. in discus.
ALSO, Rammstein's song 'Waidmanns heil' from their new album is AMAZING. Ahgod.
There is a span of about... five seconds, and couple of these time spans, during which it sounds like gypsy music. And it's the most amazing thing I've heard in a long time.
