ooh, contest.
So like.
There are these two music composition contests that are being hosted by two separate colleges- one in March, one in April. And my music theory teacher was inviting students to it- like, you know, his best students. And he picked me ^_^ I'm very happy.
But then other people started asking him if they could enter it, which is sort of less admirable. You know- if you're good enough to get invited, that's one thing, but if you have to ask for the go-ahead, it's sort of silly.
He keeps saying he thinks I could win or at least place, and that he expects some really cool stuff to come from me.
