"Oh victor I love it!" Young victoria said as she put the necklace on.
It was victoria's , Victor's sister, birthday. He had gotten her a a necklace with a silver heart locket on it. Victor smiled ," I'm glad you like it." he said.
"Only if mom and dad where with us." victoria said with a sad frown.
Victor did the same when he heard her say that. Their parents had died on a ship wreck going over to the 'new world.' So the two of them were left alone to fend for them selves. " Don't be sad Victoria, at least we have each other." he said with a small smile.
but that was enought to make her smile," thats true." she said as she hugged him,"Did you see the paper today?"
Victor shoke his head," No I haven't why?" he said
"Another person has gone missing, a girl named Emily." his sister said
"Oh." he siad," I'm sure they'll be found." he siad resuringly.
the clock in the parlor chimmed, ten o'clock," You should get to bed." Victor said patting Victoria on the back.
So she got up and headed up stairs for bed, taking her necklace with her. Victor had sure she was asleep before he went out. He put a large winter coat over his suit that coverd his slender frame. Victor had also brought the paper with him. He was determind to find the girl. The paper read:

This was enought information for victor, he startred his way to the park.
