Personality- Funny and always ready to stealth through hallways not into the battle thing
Bio:He just kinda showed up one day on his adopted parents doorstep and they let him in and if you ask them he was the best desicion that they ever made in their lives because he has brought nothing but joy to his family he is always cracking jokes and smiling but there was an unfortunate amount of blood and death in his school especially with the children that didn't laugh or smile so when Delio finally decided that it was time to stop killing people over bad jokes he randomly left to become a bounty hunter (see other)

Weapons- four katanas that combine into either 2 larger katanas also has over 120 shuriken that explode on contact (see other)
Powers (see other) - invisibility (see other), control of darkness, manipulation of minds (see other), teleportation (see other)
Likes- running behind to people saying high watching them turn around and stabbing them in the chest plus long walks on the beach and flowers
Dislikes- idiots and losers and people who drink to much
Appearance - looks like he should still be in school but he is small and has white hair he always has dual katanas on his back and he wears a black ninja suit

Powers- he doesn't actually have any powers other than mind control he wears a suit that increases his agility, stamina, strength (to a degree), and increases his reaction speed by reacting for him. also he doesn't completely know how to control the suit but after 6 months (game time) he will have halved all the cool downs on his powers if he lives that long

Technicalities about teleport powers – he is able to teleport anywhere he can see or has been to before is limited to a 120ft diameter he is also able to teleport 10 times simultaneously before having to stop for a moment and when he teleports he replaces himself and whatever he is carrying with the matter that is in the space he is teleporting to and after he teleports 10 times he cannot use a power for 30 seconds

Technicalities about invisibility – while he is invisible he cannot attack anything he has to lose invisibility attack then become visible and he is not able to use another power else he goes unconscious for a few seconds and has to pick himself up off the ground lol and he once he is visible he cannot use this power for 1 minute

Technicalities about mind manipulation- he is able to control any mind or take any information from any mind as long as he touches them for a full 3 seconds but if he stands still and concentrates he can hear peoples thoughts
Shuriken- when he throws them they regenerate 1 shuriken a minute
