Her hair moved and danced with the sweet scent of the brisk midnight air. Looking over the cliff she sighed. Turning to look over her shoulder slightly when the sounds of slow steady foot steps on the snow approached her. The wind changed, changing the blow of her onyx hair to flay into her face just as he reached her. Arms wrapped around her, warm lips grazed her neck, sweet words were whispered into her ear. Silence, silence of the pale moon watching over the couple in the middle of the night surrounded by fresh snow. Silence of the night, with just the breeze and heartbeats to fill in the void. Silence of the breathing as they jumped, falling, faster and faster but never letting go, only to grip each other tighter. If they were to be apart, they would rather die, but to die they would rather be together, and in each others arms. A tangled mess, arms and legs still woven tightly, crimson stains about the stream's bedrock, water washing their last bit of life away. Lips cold, dead, lifeless, but happily together, blissfully frozen together. The eternal couple, forever frozen, never to be apart again.
