Here's some history of my life when I was very young. Mum made us move out of there, so it's pretty vague to me, sis probably knows more about it...

In the middle of what seems like no where is a hidden village. A village called Kafochu. A strict and uptight place where only purebred wolf demons can live.
Cottages are placed all over. Two bed room, one bathroom, and a kitchen. One of the rooms went to the Male or Husband of the family while the mother and her pups/children are forced to sleep together in the cramped and humid room. At the top of a mountain there is a Temple. People worship Oshik-sama there.
Lets go into detail of Oshik-sama now.

Oshik-sama is said to be a very powerful Demon Lord who watches over any who live in Kafochu. Oshik-sama's Curse is a very popular topic amongst youngsters there. Anyone who leaves the village is supposedly cursed. The victim at first, feels nothing at all. That is the first stage.

Level One and Two: No effect even though "cursed"

Level Three: The victim will become mentally and emotionally unstable, though there is still time for treatment.

Level Four: The victim becomes paranoid and hallucinations begin to occur.

Level Five: The last and worst possible level you could be at. Apparently, you begin to hear Oshik-sama. The victim is driven mad and claws at ones throat, killing themselves in the process.

To me, this is pretty stupid. Mum is pretty religious, so she believes in it and thinks that sis is at a LV2. I mean, Shiko's pretty sane... most of the time.

Kafochu is rivals to any other village/group. Kafochu believes that any other village's teaching is wrong.

Speaking of which, onto our next topic.

Lessons

At the age of seven, pups were taught how to kill and live in war. Like I said before, I wasn't there very long so I wasn't part of this.
They were forced to sleep outside and starve. That was part of "Toughing them up" as the village chief said.
