((I am writing this at school on notebook paper then typing what I got on here. Kay? Kay? Comment and tell me if you like it. Or don't. Just tell me what you think. And yes this is based on a role play I'mon but it's going to be different!!))
The beginning
It was a dark gloomy day. Rauin as falling from the deep gray sky slowly, not gaining nor losing speed. Now while it drizzles lets take ourselves too a home on 512 Sicamore Lane in New York City. Here lies a moderate sized white house, the tiles roof a dark gray. It was clear that the house wasn't in the best condition either. The jutted out porch was covered in garbage bags and other trash, and along the whole house the paint was chipping. Inside the home was different, very clean. Surprisingly, you would of thought these people slobs by the outside of their home. As the gloomy day wore on a shout came from inside and this is were the story begins.
* * *
"Serenity Wake up!" the pointy nosed woman yelled, pounding on the white door in front of her, ide awake. Since it was twelve in the afternoon Micci didn't believe that anyone had any business sleeping at the late hour. And of course this included Serenity.
Serenity fell off the bed as the woman yelled at her. Her black hair was in a tangled mess , the satin black tank top she slept in lifted a tad over her stomach and her dark gray sweat pants where lifted to Serenity's knees. This was how she looked every morning except for the fact she was not usually on the floor.
The angry sixteen year old made her way from the floor too the bedroom door, which contrasted greatly from the girls nearly solid black room. One window and a light-bulb in the ceiling where almost the only sources of light in the room. Or anything not black or any other dark color.
"What?" Serenity nearly shouted opening the door too see her stepmothers hand, balled into a fist as if she was going to knock again.
Micci wrinkled her face in disgust at the sixteen year old's disrespect, "Ser. It's twelve in the afternoon! time to get up and maybe show your face." The woman said allowing her raised arm too fall to her side, smirking from the use of Serenity's nickname just to anger the girl.
Micci and Serenity stayed in a constant state of war, doing whatever, whenever too annoy the other or anger them in some way. Serenity's and Micci's actions prove this.
A small laugh erupted from the younger girls mouth soon added onto with there little words, "Like I Care." This was soon followed by Serenity slamming the door shut and locking said door. Smiling with satisfaction, Serenity grabbed her things listening to Micci groan. The girl imagined her 'dear' stepmother rubbing that long pointed nose of hers.
Quickly brushing her long black hair, slipping on a black t-shirt with blue jeans and soon after, fixing the tasseled bed. Serenity was now ready for the day since she had gotten her tedious routine done. Without bothering to mention her leaving the girl opened her window and jumped out.
It was a much simpler way of starting the day. Jumping out the window and landing on a busy sidewalk ignoring the people around you. Definitely a much better way then joining Micci, her step mother of four years, down stairs.
The woman entered Serenity's life at a very sensitive time and poked at very sensitive areas. Her mother had just committed suicide five months before marrying Micci. Feeling betrayed and abandoned by her father Serenity wasn't very willing to accept Micci as you can imagine. Five years later you would believe she would of gotten over the womans attempted at replacing her mother. Nope. It wouldn't even cross her mind to forgive the long nosed woman for that. Micci actually happened to give up three years ago after a fight with Serenity's dad. Ever since the battle has raged on and the dislike between the two has definitely grown.
Serenity shook her head trying too stop thinking about Micci. Seeing the woman was enough, thinking about her was just plain scary.
It was loud, just as you would expect living on the outskirts of New York City. The city that never stopped or shut up it seemed. Well that was what Serenity believed. Piercing squeals of delight that sprang from children's mouths, the annoying yet constant honking of car horns, people shouting at one and another, and that wasn't all thee noise in this crowded city.
Noise wasn't the only stimulated sense that the prosperous city appealed too. But it was sure one of the strongest!
Serenity's ear drums felt as if they were being pounded upon. This was one reason that the sixteen year old hated this place. Only one, there where many such as she was forced too move here. But, that is a different story for a different time.
Ms. Calloway continued walking the streets, something very common around this part of town. She clutched tonto her jacket tightly, pulling the navy blue hood around her face. The rain niether picked up not slowed down, yet the girl didn't go home. A little rain wasn't going to force Serenity home to spend time with Micci.
Another hour of aimless wondering lead Serenity too another crowded street. Surrounded by people of many races, and stereotypes the girl began to look for anywhere to go, anywhere that was not crowded. As the girl look a boy walked up to her a mischievous grin on his face and his hands stuffed in his pockets, he spoke cheerfulness overly exposed in his voice, "What's your problem? You're making me more depressed than I already am!"
Serenity looked to him blankly , she hadn't realized that she had any sort of depressed look in her face. Instead of answering that moment she looked the boy , whom she thought rude, over.
The guys hair was a shiny sleek black with streaks of dark purple, is face was akind of heart shaped, his outlined eyes a deep sea green that could go on for ever and never stop. They showed no sign of the depression he spoke of. His nose went down his face in a seemingly straight line, and his lips a light normal pink and not very full, the ends were curled up in the smile that only a trouble maker has. Pulling her eyes away from his face too his clothes and shoes. ((It's not done...comment if you want more!))
