I though tonight would be going to be like a normal night at work...well, it was almost normal...

When I went to work with my sibbling (Zero_Angel), was saw on of the drains close by my mother's chinese take away. Didn't know the reason why.
An hour later after we opened from 5.30pm...our time...I found out that there was a burst pipe where the drain was underground. The water company had to turn off the water from that area an the house behind our shop, so they can work on it ASAP...one way it sucks because our work place tends to use a lot of water and it was going to be out for the next 6 hours...(Frigging six hour of no water until closing time!!! gonk )...the good side was that we go a dozen of 2 liter bottles for free off them for the trouble. (Coolness!! blaugh )

Right now for the bad customer...

When Zero was taking a customer over the phone, he was so peeved off the caller saying that she shouted her order over the phone. I first though it could have been a misunderstanding.
After I helped out with some of the deliveries, they had a phone call with a customer saying that they was missing a bag of chips (For those of you..."French fries" wink ...okay it's just chips, so I drove it to the address who didn't received it. When I go there...the lady was shouting over the phone...to our shop saying it was cold. they asked me to come in so I can sort the order out?
I was more or less confused to what this argument was going to lead to.
First she shouted at me saying;

"What are you doing in my house?" evil

I answered her that was simply in here because I was invited into the house by the children to solve the problem...then she shouted;

"Get out of the house!!!" scream

Then sudden followed;

"No stay here!!!" gonk

So I stayed as she ranted on with my mother and Zero...jeez what's her problem? As soon as she finished...she shouted to me.

"What are you still doing here!! Get out"

Following the advice of the children in the house too, I said enjoy the meal and began to leave...until the phyco lady (Yes then same one who was shouting over the phone) came out with a broom, the head of the broom pointing at me.

"What are you doing get out now!!" scream

Okay...I'm leaving as you told me the first time.

"No wait, refund my food" scream

I came to send the missing chips....then you ask me to leave...then stay...the leave...and threaten me with a broom too. What the crud was her problem? I continue to my car.

"I'll throw the food at you!!!"

If she did...there was no way will refund wasted food that was on the pavement floor. talk2hand It truth...if I gave her three warning as she strikes me with that broom, I would have hit her myself. Even if she did hit me or not, I would have reported to the police as I had a witness who was wondering what the shouting was all about...their next door neighbour.
When I returned, I told them what had happened. My mother boss have had enough of her ranting and agree to return the food with the add of our male driver. Unfortunately, they try to scam us by handing only 10% of the food that was left...they ate the rest. That the last time they will be ordering food from us again.
