I ran all the way to my house, and banged on the front door. " Mom! C'mon, Mom, open the door!" I kept banging on the door. After a while, no one answered, so I ran to the back door. I grabbed the key out from under the rug and unlocked the door.

I looked around, remembering the house, but I didn't have time for that. I didn't know what to do. Then I got the perfect idea. I went into the office and the computer was on (thank God). I went onto my E-Mail and sent a message to everybody besides Skylar. This is what I sent:

EVERYBODY, I WAS KIDNAPPED! AND SKYLAR KREPPES AND REY BROWN R THA 1S WHO KIDNAPPED ME!!!! U NEED 2 HELP ME, JUST N CASE I GET CAUGHT AGAIN. SKYLAR KREPPES AND REY BROWN KIDNAPPED ME! HEPL! I NEEED HELP! IM GUNNA RUNM AWAY!

Then I sent it. I ran upstairs and into Moms room. She was there, asleep on here king-sized bed. I sat down on the other side of the bed and looked at her. She looked so peaceful. I wrote her a note, set it on the pillow, and was about to leave, when I saw the 'Missing' papers. There was a picture of me, and it showed all of my information. I looked at her once more. A tear came out of my eye, when I knew I was gonna leave her by herself. Mom rolled over and sat up. I dropped to the ground.

She wiped her nose and went downstairs. I silently sat up and I heard someone knock at the front door. I creeped over to the stairs and looked around the corner to see who it was. Mom opened the door.

It was Rey.

" MOM! Don't let him in!" I scrame, on accident. She looked over at me... And Rey busted the door open.

Mom stared at me, not even noticing that he busted the door in. I scrame really loud, and she came back into the present. She tried to scramble up the stairs, but Rey got her foot and pulled her back down. She scrame. And I hid my face in my knees.

But there was a loud bang, and no more movement. I looked up. Mom's next-door neighbor Author was standing in the door way, only wearing underwear, and holding a log. He had banged Rey in the head with it. Mom crawled over to me. I hugged her tight.

" Um... I'm gonna get in some clothes." Author said, as he walked out the door.

" Honey, what happened to you?" She asked.

" I was kidnapped. By Skylar and her boyfriend. Him." I looked at Rey and pointed.

" Skylar Kreppes? Your bestfriend?" I nodded.

" But I was only gone for a couple days, right?" I looked up at mom. She was now holding me.

She shook her head. " Jennifer, you've been gone for 3 weeks."

My eyes widened with shock. " Three weeks?"

" Yes, Jennifer. Three weeks." I nodded and looked over to where Rey was.

" Mom."

" Yes, Dear?" She asked.

" Where is he?" I pointed to where Rey should be.
