Just finished cooking dinner.
Dinner is:
Curry rice with heaps of spice (ooo, that rhymes)!
Added cut duck peices (where the bones and stuff are removed) which was seasoned with a mix of tomato sauce, sweet & spicy sauce and bits of this and that.
On one half of the bowl at the top is premium salmon with spicy cut-out bits. On the other half are finely cut preserved Chinese vegetables.
On top of all of this I splashed a bit of red wine as well as a sprinkle of corrainder (because I just love the added taste).
I also placed as a side-dish chicken soup with peas and carrots (finely diced of course). The chicken will be used for tomorrows meal. ^___^
It has an Indian/Chinese taste to it. Chinese because of the preserved vegetables as well as the duck.
Indian because of all the spices. ^___^
