We all long to be with someone, someone we can open up to and trust. I am a lot like one of those persons, if you don't believe me then ask Skull09. But I'm not perfect, no one is. We find a friend who we think might be the one, but it always changes for some reason. My brother and I went through that with girls that we loved. And love to us is real, we weren't in a fling, we were head-over-heals for them, we wanted to be with them forever...
But like all things, it didn't last. I never want to talk to my ex again in my life. My brother is so confused from what happened to him, I still don't know how to explain what really happened. But he lost a lot in his relationship and he sometimes can't help but reflect on it and ask, "WHY?!" We moved on though, and we intend to find someone true and better.
But who is true enough to be with forever? Who can you really trust with your whole heart, letting them know every secret about you and you can rely on them to never tell a soul? I know that "person"... His name is God.
Don't believe that he exists? Go outside. Look at a forest, mountain, river, ocean, and a field. Look up at the sky, moon, stars, sun, and clouds. Feel the wind, breeze, gust, rain, snow, heat, and cold. Watch every animal, creepy crawler, bird, fish, and child. Gaze at all the trees, flowers, meadows, and vines. Sense all the smells, scents, and odors. Listen to every sound that all these things make. It is impossible that all this was created from dust and soot billions of years ago. Something had to have created all of this with a beautiful imagination and amazing love.
I believe in God. I love and fear Him. I will worship and serve Him 'til the ends of time. If all this was created by chance and the meaning of life was to live, multiply, and die, then it's not worth living. But I know there's an everlasting life that has no suffering and pain. And I'll make it there, along with everyone else. cool
