Kyo walked outside,the sunlight beaming down into her crimson red eyes.She held a bottle in her hand,inside of it a rag that seemed to be wet"There will be nomore coming back after this"She lit the end of the rag on fire with a lighter,throwing it at the front door,watching as the house burst into flames
It was mid afternoon,clouds starting to fade away as the sky darkened abit.She walked down the sidewalk not caring if the people who looked at her whispered about her eyes "Everythings been taken...."
Kyo walked towards the park,going past it a few feet and turning down towards another section.It looked as if it were being torn down,some of the sidewalks reduced to rubble and trees being cut down
There was a small water fountain shaped like a wierd fang,a few of the cracks in the sides leaking water as the statue that stood in the middle remained intact.She sat down infront of it,waiting.
Ryu sighed softly to himself as he sat in the living room.He seemed alittle depressed as he looked down at Kyo's gun"..."
"Come on anchan!"Masumi ran down the stairs,almost tripping on the last one.She walked over to him,kneeing him in the back softly
Ryu stood up once he was kneed,blinking at her abit confused"Where are we goin?"He tilted his head to the side slightly,wondering what she was thinking
Masumi looked down towards the gun"Yea,bring that too.We're taking it back to Kyo-sama,afterall its hers"She hopped up and down childishly as she smiled
Ryu bent down to pick up the gun"I already told you this earlier today,I don't want to see her"He held the handle of the gun tight in his hand.
"Well you don't have a choice"Masumi grabbed Ryu by the wrist and dragged him out of the house,not making any attempt to shut and lock the door behind them.
Ryu had no choice but to go along with her.But he said quiet as they walked"You don't even know where IT is"
"Kyo isn't an IT,and besides we can always check back at her place"Masumi continued dragging Ryu along down the sidewalk.
As it got darker a few clouds started to shade in with the sky.A light but park purple haze covering the air.Kyo finally stood up from the ground,having there waiting there for awhile now.
Kyo stared at the fountain for a moment before walking closer to it.She climbed inside of it,placing her palm on the statue of it"I don't have time to wait"She pulled her hand back,punching the statue and watching as it crumbled into pieces.
As the statue turned to rubble in the fountain a dark hole could be seen from standing up.It was more of a flight of concrete stairs,with whom Kyo started to walk down
Both Masumi and Ryu stood in silence as they watched the house burn"...Y-You don't think Kyo-sama is still in there do you?"
Ryu's eyes reflected to flames as he stared"No...she wouldn't be killed by any type of fire..."
"Anchan we have to find Kyo...I don't have a very good feeling about this..."Masumi glanced over at Ryu,becoming worried
"Why should we....we don't even have a clue as to where Kyo could be"Ryu looked away from the burning house,deep down he wanted to badly to go find her yet his anger kept him from it.
He closed his eyes tight as his hand tightened around the gun handle.Coming into his thoughts his mothers words,his fathers wisdom.Both of them standing there,smiling at him
"I can't....I can't lose another person that I love...I refuse to" Ryu opened his eyes,his mother and father fading away as he did so.He turned his back towards the house,abit surprised as to what he was seeing
There was a red ribbon,floating in the air leading off somewhere"...Uhhh...Masumi...?"Ryu kept his focus on the ribbon,it just floated there,waving gently as if it were being pushed by air
"Yes?"Masumi turned to face him,wondering what was up with his facial expression
"Do you..notice anything wierd here?"Ryu reached out infront of him,touching the ribbon with his fingertips
"Uhmmm...besides you acting wierd..oh and not to mention the mansion thats in ablaze behind us....nope"Masumi smiled slightly,being sarcastic
"Good then...follow me..."Ryu moved his hand onto of the ribbon,letting it wrap itself around his arm and lead him away.
Masumi blinked as she followed him "Wonder what his problem is..."
Theu walked a few feet until the passed a park.Ryu stopping at the fountain since thats where the ribbon ended"Yup...Kyo's been here"He looked down at the rubble of a statue
"How do you know that?"Masumi tilted her head to the side,stopping for a quick second to look up at the sky "Odd color.."
"Come on,somethings destroyed.What other reason do you need?"Ryu stared down into the hole,tapping his finger against the gun before walking down onto the stairs
Masumi trailed after him,wondering when light would be able to come into sight"For some reason...I don't feel so good about this..."
"Oddly enough....I think she's right....just hold on....I'll find her again.." Ryu continued walking down the stairs,hoping they would end soon
