A humanoid project that took a man’s body and turned it into an abomination. The project replaced his heart with a core of energy, energy from a red star known as Enaz.
Also, altering his skeletal structure into a metallic alloy unknown to any substance on earth, said to be greater than steel. They call this metal Adamantium. Complete with built in artillery, the alloy combined with the core enables the body to transform into a living `gun`. The core feeds off sun light.

Weapons: Whip, great sword, chain. A whip Zane likes to call his Flame Whip; a long tapered flexible length of single-strand material that he engulfs with flames by the heat of his energy. The whip has a stiff leather 8 inch handle. The whip ranges up to four ft long.
His great sword is an extremely large and powerful weapon. Zane calls his sword Cosmic. Because quite often he likes to enchant the blade with his energy and use his sword as a gun to shoot the star energy. He carries it sheathed on his back. The sword is heavy and the blade is made out of a crimson meteorite. The blade is thick and 42 inches in length excluding the hilt. Cosmic is a two-handed weapon but Zane handles it with one hand due to his superior strength. Zane’s chain weapon also called the kyoketsu shoge is an 18 ft chain which ends with a metal ring.
Almost exclusively used by the ninja, the chain could be used for climbing, ensnaring an enemy and many such other uses. The long range of the weapon with the capability to strike or entangle an enemy at what he perceived to be a `safe` distance out of the way. It could be used to entangle a sword and rip from the opponents hands rendering them harmless.

Personality:
Zane is an all around good guy. He always has a smile with a hint of eternal sadness behind his eyes. He is ultimately good-natured, however falls in depression due to his horrific past and antisocial characteristics. He will do all he can to save or help humanity yet he wishes he were dead. Having no more reason to live or finding no purpose in an anything. Nothing he does satisfies his happiness, and he cannot find himself to enjoy most activities. Strange and distant, he has a good heart and at times can be cocky when it comes to a fight. Easy to befriend, difficult to gain his trust. Zane remains respectful and humble but not typically a people person. He does not fall in love easily and he dislikes anyone ill-natured. Zane is also a go with the flow kind of guy, meaning he is usually up for any new experience, mainly to minor convince his reason to exist.
Background History:
Born to rich human parents Zane was raised in a world of luxury and the finest joys of life. At his young teen ages he took a strong interest in baseball and wished to pursue a career in the major leagues when he reached adulthood. His relationship with his parents was great and his life was near perfect. Until an organization known as SIOA( Secure Intelligence Operating Agency) kidnapped him at the age of 15. The organization worked for the government and handpicked human children across the world to become experiments so that they can be built for war, sort of like ‘super soldiers’, usually they chose kids with no successful future, poor children or orphans, such as kids with failing grades, children born in the ghetto or orphans that anybody wouldn’t really care if gone missing.
Zane was a kidnapped mistake and to correct their mistake they murdered both his parents. Zane was kept prisoner and trained to fight in the art of combat, forced to fight in war and dangerous missions. Until he became part of a cyborg team used to fight terrorist enemies. He was sent into a procedure that would transplant his heart and replace it with a core of red energy, energy took from a star in outer space. The core would be used to regenerate his cells to run without blood.
Then they would replace his bone tissue with a metallic alloy, giving him cybernetic eyes as well. After the project they erased his memories of his past life so that his only purpose could be to kill. He was known as the greatest experiment in the SIOA. The ‘perfect’ super soldier and so he made close bonds with his comrades and enjoyed his new destiny.
For a decade he fought until he discovered the truth behind his cybernetic transformation. After realizing the truth he plotted revenge against the organization. His cyborg comrades like him had their memories erased and he informed them of their truth. So together he formed a rebellion to stop the SIOA, a rebellion of super soldiers. The organization had created what would become its certain downfall. After the SIOA was shut down Zane had got his revenge at the price of his comrades’ lives. He was a cyborg with no future, no purpose and no life or family to go back to. And worst of all he wasn’t even sure he could ever die, due to his superior physical immunities.
Zane became depressed and afraid to commit suicide because of his self destruction effects. He just simply wandered the world for no apparent reason.
Then from out of the blue a psionic entity known as Aanslag ventured onto earth from his home planet to hamper all technology advances on Earth, Zane began to succumb to the power of Aanslag, due to his entire body being formed by means of science. After attacks on Earth by Aanslag’s mind-controlled messengers and a superhuman strong and durable cyborg by the name of Shamel Zane found himself in a matched battle of wits and blood. Unable to win against Aanslag and Shamel without his full potential of his abilities. Zane traveled to Africa where he unlocked a mystery of a powerful mutant capable of aiding him in the battle to stop Aanslag. After summoning the powerful mutant who was known as Kalýptein. Zane met with Nathan Bailey, a scientist able to reverse the effects of Zane’s diluted state. Together Zane and Kalýptein defeated Aanslag and his followers. While Shamel converted into a life of well-being in the process, retiring from his partnership with Aanslag and reforming in a solitary home hidden in his own private island.
Later, Zane learned of a plot by a mysterious club known as the Fūrreel club, an international social club for rich elites, its secret Inner Circle seeks to pressure world events through their own plans. This club was in search of Kalýptein’s power. Zane was too late to prevent them from unleashing Kalýptein s power on the world, but he managed to beat it with the aid of the Vindics, a league of powerful heroes, formed to brawl the foes no solitary brave man could endure. The Vindics are one of the most important and influential super-hero teams on Earth, an ever-shifting crowd of super-beings, adventurers and crime fighters loyal to defending the world from menaces past the range of conservative establishment...
Realizing that the conclusion of his fate was near, Zane made preparations. Shortly following, Zane learned that he was the one that would one day rise up and guide all of humankind in war against mutants. Kalýptein had gone bad with his power that he had fought back to attain and he intended to use Zane to increase his powers to let him change reality and become ruler of the planet. Adam Giant, a mutant on the side of the humans apparently sacrificed himself to stop Kalýptein, and Zane honored his memory by telling his story.
Then learning that Kalýptein was still living, Zane and Adam’s girlfriend Leah tracked him down to Africa. Leah was a powerful psychic and she compulsorily detached Kalýptein 's spirit from Adam’s corpse, allowing Zane to externally obliterate it. His reason in life actually complete, Zane returned to his lonely habits, until finally forming an Underground resistance group to resist any humanly threats. In an attempt to infiltrate a concentration camp of mutants and experimented humans. Zane was believed to be dead as well as his resistance teammates.
Following this, Zane willingly committed himself to an asylum, having fall into a condition of depression due to his state and the loss of his teammates. In particular, he was annoyed about being in a harsh cyborg body and unable to enjoy life itself. There he stayed for quite some time until Shamel the cyborg he fought against in the past abducted Zane and offered the red-head to come live with him on his island. Finding no other choice Zane accepted and went to stay with Shamel.
As a result Zane was introduced to a robotic dog that was Shamel’s pet and the two became quick and good friends as well as companions. It was not long before trouble followed Zane in the image of a cyborg-ninja-assassin. His name was Ecru and he killed Shamel on the island while searching for Zane to assassinate him. From orders of the Fūrreel club who thought it was too much of a disturbance if Zane remained alive. Zane fought the assassin and eventually killed him in revenge for Shamel.
Abruptly, discovering he would not be safe on the island Zane took off with Roro the robotic dog. As they departed, they came across a tribe of native mutants. Despite Zane’s appearance the tribe welcomed Zane to stay with them for as long as he desired. There, Zane told them of his recent stories and his life thus far. Many gained a deep respect for the cyborg and because of that offered him to become a part of his tribe. Zane could not refuse, and in the process a jealous eye caught hold of Zane’s new status. Cut Fang was the son of the tribe’s wise leader and he found in ridiculous for Zane to become a part of their tribe. Cut challenged Zane to a battle without any super powers, a hand to hand fight to be specific. Zane easily beat the chief’s son and out of shame Cut fled from his tribe.
Zane was even more welcomed, yet he could not feel more ashamed to having been responsible for Cut’s absconding act and because of this fact Zane announced his departure.. Meanwhile Cut was met by an associate of the Fūrreel club, where they offered him cybernetic enhancements that would allow him to defeat Zane. They made Cut faster, better stronger, as well as gifting him with the ability to shape shift parts of his body into claws and fangs. In the rematch Cut came close to defeating Zane but in conclusion loss a second time. After Cut returned to his tribe he was assassinated by a mysterious foe. Zane set to wander once more with his robot companion leaving the memories of the tribe behind. Meanwhile the hunt for Zane by the Fūrreel club continued. Zane figured it would be best to confront them and get it over with. He met by their leaders on a bridge where he was taken prisoner with his robotic dog. Zane had plans to stop them all but they threatened to blow up hospitals if he attacked them.
After much time in his cell and even more time of being tested on Zane had to refuse any further prisoner actions against him. Zane knew the tests they did on him would be used for the bad of society, and he was correct. The core energy of his body they managed to retrieve was being used for super powered weapons and suits of destruction. It was time for Zane to rise again. And in a fury rage Zane broke out of his confinement and alone he fought the super-power soldiers. Outnumbered, Zane fell unconscious and defeated; nonetheless when he awoke he was safe in the hands of the Vindics. They had stopped the club and halted their terrorism. It was all over and Zane realized if he wanted to bring humanity together he would have to warn them of possible but false enemies that were suitable for severe harm and chaos. Speaking out to the world, his warning was complete. Many listened and followed his caution words but many also criticized him and distrust his utterance. Provisionally, Zane became a hero of good, watching over humanity in his eyes and in clandestine.

Powers/abilities: Energy manipulation, flight, shape shifting, superhuman physical fitness, self-destruction and superhuman vision and night vision. Zane’s athleticism is beyond average of a human. His eyes has been cybernetically enhanced to see better than normally possible. Zane is able to see from large distances or see clearly in darkness. Zane’s powers deal with energy generation, conversion and manipulation. In addition to generic energy, he can deal with such things as light, sound, electricity, nuclear energy, and star energy.
However without light his energy manipulation is limited to his core. Zane is able to generate or transform various forms of energy into a “solid” or concussive beam of energy, as well as to expel various forms of energy from his body. Being able to absorb one form of energy and convert it into another form of energy. Within the metal in his bone and energy from his core. Zane can transform into an inorganic substance while retaining organic properties, meaning he can transform any part of his body into an appearance of a silver metallic gun or weapon.
With his conversion of energy Zane can generate thermo-chemical energy, accompanied by plasma (a super-heated state of matter) and release it through his skin. Zane’s body can sustain itself from food or water, as well as survive in the most remote locations and harsh weather without any harmful consequences, making Zane immune to most sickness and disease. Zane can also partially fly by transforming his legs into blasters that shoot out energy and propel him into the air. Zane’s core system has three effects of self destruction. First is a giant explosion that causes complete destruction in the surrounding area. The explosion causes a sonic wave that sets to 2 and half miles, causing the environment around to become a sudden wasteland.
The second effect is a rain of heated plasma energy that flies from the core causing the energy to blast into the sky and cause the energy to rain down. Known as a ‘rain of fire’, this demolishes and disintegrates whatever it touches by its scorching temperature. The third effect causes a miniature black hole that sucks all in its path including the rain, this lasts about 10 minutes until the hole vacuums exceedingly high amounts of energy that causes the portal to close and destroy itself.
