It's amazing how much can change in less than three months, don't you think?
Reading my past journal entries I can't even believe I was made that happy. But then again, maybe I was just lying to myself that I was happy when all I really was was miserable. I'd get a few days of happiness and then the neglect would start again.
But who am I to say anything. My feelings have changed...but I know for a fact that it wasn't me who made things turn sour.
When you become neglected and feel no longer important, isn't it time to just cut your losses and leave?
Either way, I feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I don't have to worry or try so hard anymore. Worrying myself sick over someone isn't good.
So I think I did the right thing.
And even though I'm not with him anymore, he'll always remain an important person to me. Definitely always.
I just have to wonder if I'll ever be that important to him. I don't want to be catagorized as just being another girl. Just a little special.
But yeah...everything feels different now.
And that person just isn't as sparkly in my mind as he was a mere three months before. There's still a little shiny...but the shine really has dimmed considerably.
So you, you know who you are~
All you have to do is shine like you used to, and maybe then I'll love you like I used to. And I know if you try, you really can shine for me again.
(But chances are you won't read this~)
Just know, that I'll keep waiting for that sparkle to appear again. It may take years, or maybe it won't even come back...but I'll always be waiting for you.
So please let me see it again.
The sparkle that made me fall in love with you in the first place.
I'd like to see it at least one more time.
